  As the pace of our lives whirls faster and faster, we need tools to help us survive & thrive in the 21st century.  This workshop addresses issues related to stress and introduces techniques to increase our stress resiliency, the ability to bounce back from stressful events.

An experienced and certified professional yoga instructor guides participants through a sequence of ten easy stretches that can be done in your normal work clothes.  They have been selected to address the common areas of tension for the desk-bound: the back, neck & arms.

  • Making Meditation Practical

Many of us whiz through life multitasking until we're exhausted. We clear off our desk on a daily basis only to discover a fresh mountain of problems the next day. The ancient practice of meditation can tame this stress-producing beast. Meditation focuses the mind and produces efficient creativity - what some experts call "flow."
